Spice Williams-Crosby is an actress, stuntwoman, and martial artist. She holds a 3rd DAN in Arjukanpo, a 1st DAN in Doce Pares Eskrima, and was the first woman in America that was Certified Level B in Israeli KAPAP (face to face combat), Certified Puerto Rico Security Defensive Tactics, Inc. (weapons), Certified Guatemalan International KAPAP Association GIKA! At one time, Spice was a victim, however, she learned to take her power back. By being AWARE and PREPARED, she's learned how to FIGHT FOR HER LIFE! She brings her expertise to women around the world so that they, too, can learn to hold their heads up high, acquire Street Smart Skills, and stop being a Victim!

Somewhere in America, a woman is raped every 2 minutes. Over one million women are physically and sexually assaulted annually, in 2012 U.S. state and local child protective services (CPS) received an estimated 3.4 million referrals of children being abused or neglected. At least one out of every three women around the world has been beaten, coerced into sex, or otherwise abused in her lifetime by a man she usually knows.

There are now so many sex and violent offenders in just the U.S. alone, that we are literally running out of prisons to hold them anymore. Statistics are now showing a 42% increase in reported domestic violence, and a 25% increase in the reported incidence of rape and sexual assault. Repeat offenders are being let out for good behavior, then many of them go right out on the streets and do the same thing over again! 20% of women experience rape or another type of sexual assault during their college years and 95% of women raped in college never tell anyone! For women aged 15 to 44 years, violence is a major cause of death and disability.

These staggering numbers should serve as a wake-up call for our country to do something about this insanity!

Sensei Jennifer Silverstein, Partner in Classes & Seminars, was born the oldest of 6 children and raised in a suburban city in the San Fernando valley of Los Angeles, CA. After high school she left the States to make Aliyah and join the Israeli military. After her service she returned home to the US to raise her daughter (as a single mother) and start her own pond and aquarium service company, that grew to be one of the most successful service companies in Los Angeles. After selling the company in 2008 she began taking Krav Maga classes with her sister and fell in LOVE! It was an immediate passion and something about the need for self defense and the beauty of protecting yourself just clicked in her. She’s been training and learning Krav Maga, KPAP and woman’s self defense ever since. She is a Certified Level B in Israeli KAPAP (face to face combat), Certified Puerto Rico Security Defensive Tactics, Inc. (weapons), Certified Guatemalan International KAPAP Association GIKA. She also finds time to work as a female security agent for Savage Security. In 2009, she took her lever 4 in certification from the IKMF. Jennifer is also co-instructor for the IFIGHT FOR MY LIFE! Woman’s Street Smart Self Defense classes alongside Spice Williams-Crosby at the House of Champions dojo in Van Nuys, California.
